WiP Wednesday

Well, I’ve gotten quite a bit done in the last week, but it’s been exclusively on a new design of mine that I can’t show you. Sorry!

But, I can tell you that I’m using Cascade 220 Superwash for the first time (I know, shocking! How is it I’ve never worked with it before?) and I have to say that now I know why so  many people like it – I’m in love with it now myself!  It’s wonderful to work with, and is so soft after blocking.  (I haven’t machine washed it yet, I’m not sure that this particular item would/should ever be machine washed so I’ll have to test that out on something else.)

I have a self-imposed deadline for this design (next Tuesday!) so there’s a 50/50 chance I’ll actually have something else I can show you next week.  Fingers crossed that I get this done in time!!

I’ve only used the Heritage Paints version myself, for Johnny’s Christmas stocking, so we’re there together on not having much experience with it 😉
